2x65 ovens top charging coke oven battery with chamber height of 6m.
Scope of contracting:
ACRE had been responsible for complete basic engineering, detailed engineering, training, Commissioning, heating up coke oven and technical service for 2x65 coke oven batteries.
Project Highlights:
It had adopted
-gas-underjet, BFG gunning ,single collecting main and double suction mains with coke dry quenching system
-The main wall of regenerator is constructed with shaped bricks with 3 tongue-grooves that are interlocked one another.In addition, there is no any straight-through joint between the bricks for gas duct of main wall and regenerator so as to ensure tightness of the gas duct.The single wall is single groove structure, and is laid with shaped bricks that are engaged one another,which ensures integrality and tightness of the wall.
