Features of major design:
-Coke making plant
2x40 ovens top charging coke oven battery with chamber height of 6m.
- Gas purification plant
The capacity of gas purification plant is 45,000m3/h including gas condensation and exhauster unit, final cooling , benzol scrubbing unit and crude benzol distillation unit
Scope of contracting:
ACRE had been responsible for complete basic engineering, detailed engineering, training, equipment & material supply, commissioning, technical service and project management.
Project Highlights:
It had adopted
JN60- 6type coke oven is twin-flue,COG under-jet and BFG gun flue, compound structure oven with waste gas circulation. The 2x40 ovens are compound ,single collecting main coke oven battery.
