On May 22nd, 2022, Coke oven pad-up project of ISDEMIR in Turkey was commissioned successfully. As an EPC contractor, ACRE’s scope is the engineering, procurement and construction of rebuilding new coke oven battery based on pad-up. The project was started from July of 2019. The Covid-19 has a big influence on the logistics, supervision staff dispatch, cost increase of material. ACRE tried best to overcome all the difficulties and sent more than 30 staff to the site to make the project team. The successful commissioning of the project under the condition of many negative difficulties is praised highly by the client. The project is the first independent EPC project executed by ACRE in the world. ACRE and our Turkish client will continue to cooperate in other project, due to long-term trust and friendship.
